Ingredients:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (lightly cover the bottom of the pan)
1 Drained Can of Pink Salmon (Bone Removal is optional. Set Brine (liquid from can) to the side).
1 Egg
2-3 Tablespoons of Flour
½ Cup of Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoons green onions, diced (Optional)
Grand Diamond All Purpose Seasoning
Grand Diamond Lemon Pepper
Black Pepper
Instructions:
Over medium heat, heat oil in a medium skillet. Combine drained canned salmon (removal of bones and skin is optional), beaten egg, flour, green onions (optional) and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Form into patties and dust with additional bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
